Shoulder CARS
A shoulder CAR (Controlled Articular Rotation) exercise involves slowly and deliberately moving the shoulder through its full range of motion to improve joint mobility and control. This exercise helps enhance shoulder stability, flexibility, and strength by engaging the muscles surrounding the joint. No weight needed- grab something light like a lacrosse ball or barbell collar.
