Welcome to the Blue Mouse Knits! Today I'll be walking you through a shoulder seam which is a really common finishing seam when working sweaters and cardigans in particular. For this finishing technique you take 2 bind off edges and work a simple horizontal seam that makes an invisible seam. I work this seam on 2 stockinette pieces that used a standard knit bind off to finish. The same principle will work even when not working in stockinette though. I made a tutorial for this at the beginning of my channel 5 years ago. This is the new and improved version, this will give you an even cleaner and more invisible seam for your horizontal edges. I hope you guys find this video helpful!
