Richard "shox" Papillon the former IGL of G2 Esports has long roots in the professional Counter-Strike scene. During his career shox has been recognized as one of the most individually skilled players and best aimers. In 2013 shox was voted as the 3rd best player in the world by HLTV.org. On top of all that shox's role as the in-game leader of G2 made him dedicate alot of his time for leading the team instead of working of his own performance.
