The machine is design in such a way that for automatic collation of bottles in required matrix will be done through an additional attached system “Lane Divider”; it contains required dividers for diverting single line into required matrix. Operation: After filling, capping & labeling products are transferred into lane divider for making required matrix then pushed into collation plate. Once the required matrix is collated on transfer plate the matrix will pushed into web sealer, then to shrink tunnel and finished matrix will come out with Shrink wrapped.
