Sicily 🇮🇹

For my grandmother's 80th birthday, we (her grandchildren) organised a surprise trip to Sicily, so that we could all climb Stromboli together! She had already done it many years earlier, and had been dreaming of sharing this experience with us since then! It was fabulous to watch her climb to the top easily despite her age, to see an effusive volcano erupting for the first time in my life, and to share all these precious moments with her, as we continued with a quick tour of Sicily, just the two of us, from Taormina to Palermo, via Syracuse and Agrigento!
