Silver Wolf: Wolfenstein 3D for Eduke32 engine

In the case of the latter, I play up to the first boss, as it is in the 3rd map. I like this new port (or mod, or something in between). It's always welcome a way to be able to play W3D with a more agile control, and that there are textures on floor and ceiling to better identify the rooms. However, I think it would be nice to have an option to reduce or remove the head bobbing.
