Bright lights silverbeet makes a beautiful addition to the garden and the plate. It goes through several processes before it can be eaten. Harvesting the outer leaves means that you can keep the plant producing for quite a while unless it is going to seed such as the case here, I had to harvest the majority of my silverbeet. Enjoy!
