The Simatek Product Dispenser (patent pending, PA 2009 70193) is an invention developed especially to optimize the capacity of bucket elevators.
The conveying of almost all products might cause an uneven product distribution in the buckets, which results in a low filling degree, a too low capacity, and an increased risk of product waste and stop-down of the system as a consequence.
The product dispenser eliminates this by ensuring an even product distribution in the buckets resulting in an increased capacity and a high operating reliability.
As the product dispenser ensures a better spread in each bucket the filling degree is increased. This means that the speed of the elevator can be reduced - but at the same time the elevator can keep a high capacity - or after mounting the product dispenser, an even higher capacity than before. All in all, the lower speed reduces any wear on the elevator and prolongs the lifetime of the service parts.
