The differences between these and normal breaks are that they have no first shuffle, they have a different rhythm and they are danced much slower. They are really only used by beginners as an introduction to beginning to learn Breaks and Timesteps (but good to know of them). Check out my video on the Timesteps that go with these, plus a few other Break and Timestep videos in the links below: Simple Basic Beginner Timesteps in Tap Dancing: Single, Double and Triple: https://youtu.be/2-AQR3wiVxQ How to Tap Dance: Learning a SINGLE BREAK (that goes after a Single Timestep): https://youtu.be/aub8pdhYKdI How to dance a DOUBLE BREAK in Tap Dancing: https://youtu.be/FwBmw8WKazA Learn the tap steps of a TRIPLE BREAK in Tap Dancing: https://youtu.be/aSMYfPiC2iA How to dance a SINGLE TIMESTEP in Tap dancing.
