this is what I do when I want a simple chest session without overcomplicating it... chest + abs. slow reps. deep stretch. full focus.
nothing crazy. just showing up and staying consistent. because it’s not about the workout — it’s about the person you become when you keep showing up.
chest routine (20–35 min) — 3 rounds.
- barbell bench press — 3x8-10 (slow eccentric & concentric)
- chest dips — 3x10 (deep stretch)
- dumbbell chest raise / underhand front raise — 3x10
abs finisher (5-10 min)
- dragon situps — 3x failure
simple movements. full focus. mind muscle connection.
do this a few times this week 💪
