Simplex 59th Minute System Correction Clocks in Constant Correction

Simplex 59th Minute System Correction clocks with half the clocks in the school in Constant Correction and have been for several hours. Master Clock outputs to 2 relays. One relay outputs to one-half the building's system clocks, the other relay outputs to the other 59th minute system correction clocks. In total, more than 200 clocks are in the school, more than 100 are synchronizing properly, the other 100 clocks keep moving with the minute hand advancing at the second hand rate. Many of the clocks are All-Sync purchased from American Time and Signal. Most clocks are older standard Simplex 59th minute solenoid correction system clocks.
