In this video, I have briefly explained the working of simplex method, this video only explains functioning procedure of simplex method. Optimality/feasibility criteria are not discussed in detail here, these are only introduced. These will be explained in next video.
To apply Simplex method, LPP should be in standard form and then it follows three simple steps:
1. Select initial BFS
2. Choose next BFS based on Optimality/feasibility Criteria
3. Change Basic variables and repeat the process to achieve optimal solution.
In next video, all above steps are explained at introductory level with example.
