Preparation Altitude Training Simulation:
Take a normal breath in through your nose, normal breath out through your nose. Pinch your nose with your fingers, hold your breath and walk 10 - 15 paces and then let go, breathe through your nose and stop.
Just breathe as normal now for about a half a minute or a minute.
So you are just following your breathing.
We do this 5 times and then we'll go into the stronger altitude training exercise but its a nice preparation.
