Simulating Bloom Glow in Minecraft
Timestamps: 00:00 - What are Display Entities? 01:07 - Axiom Mod 01:25 - How does the effect work? 02:13 - Technique varients 02:34 - Axiom / Display Entity Basics 04:35 - SKIP THE TUTORIAL 04:42 - Using it in Builds Hey! Thanks for clicking on my video! :D Consider subscribing! :D What is this video: In this video I am using Minecraft Axiom mods Display Entites to create a bloom-glow-like effect around blocks and objects. The technique uses glass blocks that are lit, using the "Override lightlevel feature" to make the effect possible. It works well with shaders, but it also works kinda without... if you are squinting your eyes... and are blind... (I promise this wasn't written by AI) ALSO, MORE background Info: In this video I am showcasing a building technique I found out about earlier this year while creating my Back to the Future build. This video was supposed to be a short continuation of that, showcasing the technique that I only got to briefly mention in that video. The reason this technically tiny 6 minute video took so long to make (a month and a half) is because I really took my time with all the animations in it. The 2d dab was completely unnecessary for example, but I did it anyway cause I could. This is definitely how I like making videos, since it focuses on making every video the best it can be. I dont wanna pat myself on the back here too much, but I do think this turned out really well and is definitely one of my better videos. :D My Socials: Nettom Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nettom_ Nettom Tiktok: (Pretty unactive) https://www.tiktok.com/@nettom_ Nettom Twitch: (I just made that to claim the name for now lol) https://www.twitch.tv/nettom_minecraft
