SINGLE LEG CALF RAISE A great exercise to challenge the strength and stability around the ankle. We often cue people to push up through their big toe and keep the front of the ankle in line with your 2nd toe. Give it a go, it's not as easy as it looks. You can hold on if it's too difficult but really challenge yourself and try to balance.
