Single Node OCP w/ Code Ready Containers

In this video, I'll build a single node OCP master/worker node for use in dev/test. The preferred way is to install CRC on your local workstation, however, we'll use ESXi for a nested VM install and use haproxy to provide remote access from our workstation. It's a great way to learn OCP.
