Basics:
Take your head and aim it between your legs. The chest should be collapsed so that it doesn’t catch too much wind. Keeping legs together will cause less turbulence when transiting to head down. Go into neutral stable head down position.
Common mistakes
Over rotating to flip to a back fly position, not getting vertical in a head down position during the transition, and catching too much wind on the back or putting your body in angled position.
Keys to success
Keep everything nice a tight.
