Please make sure you have already watched the introduction 'Pilates Foundation' Video, before watching this video. This is the 2nd video for team members who spend their day sitting either at a Desk. The video is focused on Standing Posture and Strength. You will need a rolled-up Bath Sheet and a theraband (belt or dressing gown tie) for this video.
