Skylanders Reposes

Reposes in the Skylanders series are re-released figures of existing characters that feature updated aesthetics, new color schemes, or minor design variations. They Give these Skylanders one of 2 kinds, Series 2+ or Lightcores LightCore Skylanders are playable characters introduced in Skylanders: Giants. The Skylanders are protectors of the Core of Light, and in times of peril, they can call upon its power to ignite their own light from within and radiate with magic, becoming known as LightCore Skylanders. These characters light up without batteries when placed near the Portal of Power. They have a LightCore shockwave attack that defeats all surrounding enemies when placed in the game. This attack can be used once per level for each LightCore Skylander the player owns. LightCore Skylanders also have different poses from their regular model. "Series" Skylanders refer to different versions or re-releases of the same character figure, typically distinguished by their base color and available in-game abilities. Series 1: These are the original figures released with the first game, Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. They feature green bases and lack the special secondary ability known as a "Wow-Pow." Series 2: These are updated versions released for Skylanders: Giants (and later games), featuring orange bases. They provide gameplay advantages, including a unique Wow-Pow ability, the option to switch upgrade paths without erasing data, and eligibility for specific Heroic Challenges and experience accolades.
