A commissioned work by the Port Washington, New York school district, this piece was written so that elementary, middle, and high school orchestras could come together and perform a piece that all could play. The result is this multi-grade piece filled with rich sounds and rhythms that are reminiscent of the labor and excitement of a growing city skyline, most specifically, New York City!
