These are ideas to practice while slacklining. Created with the idea to become a highliner. All exercises performed on 3 different slacklines: 12m Slacktivity Allround 30m Slacktivity RedTube 80m double Black&White (oldskool Slacktivity webbing) 0:25 walk an untensioned line 1:36 Bounce walking slackline 2:41 to sit on the line 2:56 exposure turn 4:05 side plank on the slackline 1st exercise: Low tension walks Walk on a barely tensioned slackline. While your tensioning your setup, slack the line before it's tensioned! This is a real good practice for loose long- and highline setups. 2nd exercise: Bounce walk Start bouncing on your slackline and make a step on every bounce. The bigger the bounce, the more steps you can make. 3rd exercise: to sit on the line Sitting on the line is a necessity for long- and highlines. If you want to be able to learn to mount, you want to master this too. 4th exercise: Exposure turn The exposure turn is a basic highline move, but a very cool one. Enjoying the view of a highline can't be better than in an exposure. 5t exercise: Side plank A core exercise possible on the slackline.
