SLICED OBJECT IN 3DSMAX - WITH SECTION TOOL

In this video, I designed a parametric object with 3dsMax. This method is different from the SnapShots method, I will film another video using that too. In this version, you create the form as a solid model at first, turbosmooth it, then slice it with section planes. After that you convert the section planes into spline, attach and weld them together. Then select all, convert them to poly. This way you will get planes. You can apply shell modifier to give them a thickness. After you finish the model, you can save it as a GDL Object and import it to ArchiCAD then use it. Thanks for watching the video.
