I made this tiny tune back in 2003.
It's running at 4 times VBI. The resulting is a type of "LFO" sound.
I guess, you have heard it on other computers ;)
In theory it is possible to put that type of sound in any game or demo music, as it is very low on CPU usage. It' just the quick change of two registers, and only one channel would be needed for this.
Back then RMT and the emulations have been very raw and unstable. I wasn't sure, if it will work stable.
Altirra's PoKey emulation is now at "99,99 %" to the original, as it seems.
The tune still sounds the same .
