If ur having a power window that's not going up an down this video might help. Unless ur having a bad motor or damaged mechanics. But this simple things worked for me.
5$ liquid wrench silicone spray helped my window go down after it wouldn't go down more then 3".now it goes up and down with no prbs.
The felt/rubber tracks has got dried out an so this silicone spray lubricated it an now no more sticky Windows
