This year's edition focuses entirely on a single flue-cured grade — TA-20 Red/Orange Virginia Tips — which we've used in a number of special releases recently including 2021's Carolina Red Flake with Perique and Anthology: 1992-2022. Carolina Red Flake 2022, however, is the only blend to feature this unique, 2020-vintage leaf all on its own, and is sure to delight with its nearly 14% sugar content, rich, fruity, and spicy flavor, and serious aging potential.
