SMAW Practice 65. This is a fun, miniature version of pipe welding. I am working on .049" CREW tubing (muffler tubing). The electrodes are Blue Demon 1/16" E7014 at 32-35A AC with a 220V Miller Dynasty. The DIG is usually set to 30%.
The 1/16" electrodes are not very rigid. I chose to work with the muffler tubing because this is the material that I have on hand.
