SMAW Practice 67. This is 1/16" E7014 on 1 1/4" .049" CREW tubing (i.e. mild steel muffler tubing). Settings are 32-35A AC. DIG is set to 30% for the 7014.
On two occasions, I burn holes. I use 3/32" 7024, 3/32" 6010 and the 1/16" 7014 to fix the holes. I grind to show the hole repair.
This is a good time! It is not expensive.
