This video show my method to solder the ESP32 chip on a PCB. At the end of the video you can see that the iron position is wrong taking 2 pins and creating a bridge. Fortunately those 2 pins was not used! :D
Quick notes:
1) Presolder components pads except ESP32 pads, iron at 200 degrees (according soldering paste)
2) Place components with hot gun (around 300 degrees, blow strength 4)
3) Some component need to pass the pins again with iron after the hot gun if not clearly connected
4) ESP32 soldering just for connected pins
5) Solder connectors
