Ok so I have made this video 3 different times and MindCap keeps changing his mind please let me just upload man... Anyways this has been kind of funny but yeah Heliopolis got buffed and I talk about that and all the other stuff that happened in the community video however midcap recently reverted this buffed and I give my thoughts on his reasoning as well.
