So Much Has Changed

Before Summer ended, we took a lovely family vacation to Salou. It felt so surreal returning. It was my 3rd time back and in so many ways; Salou hasn't really changed much (which I love) but I realised so much as changed. I've changed. It's like it's been 3 separate people returning each time. I still remember the first time. I think I was 15 or 16. I was just a teenager joining my cousins. I had a blast. I still remember looking for internet cafes just so I could email my ex. Surprise surprise, internet cafes no longer exist. I remember going to Port Aventura and wishing Id' be able to return with my boyfriend at the time. The second time I returned with my boyfriend. It was a wonderful holiday. I felt like my dream got granted. I never thought I'd return for the 3rd time. This time I stepped off as a 38 year old mum with 2 kids and my new husband. I realised I didn't take much photos or footage. I just wanted to be present. I decided to start a mini art diary to document my holiday but amazingly, I've kept it going since returning. When the art pad is so small, it definitely feels less presure. I'm glad I started even though I am starting small. Anyways, thanks for chilling with me. Catch up with you very soon!!
