The SOFEC Tower Yoke Mooring Solution is employed when water depths are too shallow for conventional catenary moorings, and although these have been designed for benign environments, SOFEC can provide a disconnectable system for anywhere in the world. The tower yoke systems are typically designed for between 20 and 45 meters of water, where it would be difficult for a catenary mooring to work.
