Should you consider work-life balance when evaluating potential jobs? It's a common discussion topic that we frequently see in the casual conversations of development forums.
The arguments seem to always revolve around people desiring a job with time-flexibility, relaxed deadlines, and minimal "crunch". The opposing opinion is that work is not supposed to always be fun and/or easy, but it's meant to be a job.
My opinion is that I enjoy taking on challenges and working hard, and a work-life balance is relatively important, so check out the video to hear more about the mindset that I've used throughout my career. I'd love to know if you agree with my viewpoint or have a unique one of your own.
