Repair both top and underside to get a stronger repair.
Main materials:
-repair patch (get free samples from your local pool store, or order marine grade UV resistant vinyl that’s a minimum of 10 mil thick)
-HH-66 Vinyl Cement
-roller
-alcohol wipes
-cardboard
-scissor (important - to round off edges of your repair patch)
