"Solo Ta Bria" means something like "The sun will shine tomorrow" in Papiamentu, which is the main local language of the Curaçao island, spoken daily by most residents.
I have been there four times, that's why I got this idea to use Papiamentu. This song is trying to tell that even in bad days there is a hope that sun will shine tomorrow.
