This video is a very slow progression of an alternative way to practice the reverse sinawali/heaven 6 fro Arnis/Kali/Escrima. The only way for practitioners to learn techniques is to constantly do them in perfect form over & over again, until they're instilled in their muscle memory, that way, you'll not be concerned about the form when you're in a fighting situation, God-forbid. Problem with that is, you have to have the time, space, & sometimes tolls in order to constantly practice the techniques, w/c most of us don't have nowadays. Whatever is shown in the vid can be done while sitting down, so if you're working & you need a break from doing work (for example), you practice doing this in a chair; not only are you relaxed & destressed, you also invested your training time to do this motion. Incremental training, when piled up, reaps huge benefits. For as long as 5 minutes of practicing the forms, your body will be able to adjust & remember the correct way of doing techniques.
