This presentation is my final OCS #3 Solution Application for Hajime Sushi. In this presentation, I explain how unclear front-of-house roles and informal authority can create conflict in a fast-paced restaurant setting. I recommend two practical communication solutions: a shift role-clarity system and a direct issue-resolution process. These solutions include a short pre-shift brief, a visible role board, a named shift lead, a shared closing checklist, and a simple script employees can use to address concerns directly before they become bigger conflicts. The goal of these recommendations is to reduce tension, improve teamwork, make responsibilities clearer, and help Hajime Sushi create a more organized and respectful work environment. I also explain how the restaurant could evaluate the success of these changes through a 30-day and 60-day review. This presentation connects back to my previous OCS work by moving from identifying the communication problem to proposing realistic solutions for the organization.
