Solving the MAILCALL sequential discovery puzzle

So, I am trying something new and trying to sneak in some science to these puzzle solve videos (as I am a scientist who solves puzzles). Since today's puzzle is called MAILCALL, and is in the shape of a package...today we will be talking about EXOSOMES, as they can be looked at as the "packages" that cells use to communicate.
