Solving timing issues and blade depth problems using colored duct tape

It might be possible to correct two simple rowing technique problems with colored tape. In this video I explore using colored duct tape to help rowers improve (a) their timing of progressing from a feathered oar to a squared oar, and (b) the depth of the oar through the water. What I've found is that the tape can help, by giving visual ques, the individual rower, the coxswain, and the coach.
