1:1 somatic experiencing sessions and coaching offer a much more personalized and deeper experience. In private sessions, we focus entirely on your unique nervous system, patterns, and goals, helping you create lasting change and a profound sense of support in your body and mind.
This practice takes you through various somatic practices incorporating pendulation (a somatic experiencing practice). Pendulation is great to practice when you are feeling stuck in difficult thoughts or sensations and helps facilitate the natural flow of expansion and contraction.
