If grampa could have reached into the heavens and glven his grandson Joseph the moon and the stars, he would have done that. But he was only a poor tailor. So, Grampa made Joseph a wonderful blanķet to keep him warm and cozy and to chase away bad dreams.
As Joseph grows, Grampa sews, never guessing that the precious fabric he
continually reinvents is also manna from heaven for a family of mice living just beneath the floorboards. The thread that binds Joseph to his Grampa also brings him together with his new best friend, a lucky mouse named Mazel. But once the last remnant of his blanket is gone, can Joseph find a way to. create something from nothing?
