After checking the code and doing a visual inspection and finding the problem, it felt too easy and thought I needed to share this for others to see. This truck actually came to me because someone previously replaced the accelerator pedal already and that did not fix the problem. I'd say there are 2 things to take away from this video. 1 Always do visual inspections. 2 Trust the process of Verifying the concern, check for codes, visual inspection and then testing.
