Dynamic mixing makes the difference
The greatest possible material homogeneity after mixing 2-component material systems with different viscosities, even with demanding, asymmetrical mixing ratios, can only be achieved with dynamic mixing. Static mixers are able to swirl material components of similar viscosity with continuous dosing.
They can be used for material systems that allow generous deviations in the mixing ratio and react comparatively slowly so that material that has already stuck together in the mixing tube does not collect and back up. The dynamic mixing head is completely different. It allows, for example, a dosing rate of 0.2 to 100 g/s, with continuously adjustable mixing ratios of 100 : 1 to 1 : 100, with a dosing accuracy of +/1 %. If the material reacts quickly, the mixing chamber can also be rinsed regularly - in the MK 800 series with the patented high-pressure water rinsing system!
