Sonic 3 Prototype - Early Lava Reef Zone!

This is Lava Reef Zone Act 1, restored in the Sonic 3 November 3rd prototype (but it could possibly be from October) that was dumped by Hidden Palace on November 16th, 2019. Leftover data from a potentially earlier build of the game allowed the first act of Lava Reef Zone to almost be restored completely. The only thing here that was not restored was the collision, which needed to be taken from the Sonic 3C 0408 prototype. I accidentally forgot to disable the FPS and frame counter while recording, and of course I didn't notice until after recording. Thanks to drx for providing this restoration ROM.
