Sorenson Video Relay Service allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired to communicate using video, with hearing people in real-time, via a qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. It replaces TTY or Text Telephone. This service is available at Ohio Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled as well as a number of Cleveland Public Library branches.
