Working on making a track in a day. Makes me let go, no judgment, no perfection, only playing, enjoying, listening, relaxing in thought, body, breath, focused on feeling the sounds. Working with what I have. Appreciating what it can do. Grateful for the time I get to play. Something cool always happens this way. It’s all in the practice.
