SOUTHERN STYLE DEVILED EGGS
**Southern Style Deviled Eggs** **Ingredients for Boiling Eggs:** - 12 jumbo eggs - 2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar - ½ teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon lime juice - 3 cups ice **Ingredients for Filling:** - 12 jumbo egg yolks - 5 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard - 1 teaspoon ranch dressing - 4 tablespoons sweet relish - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning - ½ teaspoon Tony’s Creole seasoning - ¼ teaspoon black pepper - ¼ teaspoon salt - Paprika (for garnish) - Parsley (for garnish) **Instructions:** 1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Add the white distilled vinegar and salt, then set the pot over medium-high heat (about 7-8). Once the water reaches a boil, set a timer for 12 minutes. 2. After 12 minutes, turn off the heat and stir in the lime juice. Carefully remove the eggs from the boiling water and transfer them to an ice bath to cool. 3. Once the eggs are completely cool, peel them and slice them in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl, setting the egg whites aside on a plate. 4. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the mayonnaise, mustard, ranch dressing, sweet relish, Old Bay seasoning, Tony’s Creole seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything together until smooth. 5. Use a piping bag or a spoon to fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
