Most waves just take a lot of time. Make sure you buy enough ammo before starting a wave. .The second wave is probably the hardest one. If you get skill designs as the first set of npcs, you can just mine them all, otherwise do what i did (collect all npcs, use turbo and emp and dont move + kill honorary)
