Spain Pt. 2 puts us inside live combined operations with Spain’s Tier One Special Operations under MCOE (Mando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales), working directly with MOE and FGNE. The focus is maneuver and coordination at scale— helicopter insertions onto objectives, vehicle interdiction from the air, ISR-driven targeting supporting the assault, and unmanned ground systems used for EOD at bomb-making and narcotics lab sites. Wave Relay scaled across air, ground, fires, ISR, and unmanned systems without segmentation or handoffs. As everything moved—separating, closing distance, changing direction—the network automatically shifted traffic to better paths before anything dropped.
