Spark Plug Cap Heat Shield Issue

Quick & Simple! Lawnmower hard to start? If you have one of these spark plug cap heat shield covers, try removing it! These heat shields press up against the spark plug, and the spark plug cap pushes further back, not allowing the cap to make contact with the spark plug. This results in weak spark, or no spark at all.
