This video shows a classic example of spasmus nutans, an idiopathic eye movement disorder that begin in early childhood and usually disappears within a few years. Neuroimaging for patients suspected to have this condition is indicated, as an intracranial lesion can mimic the characteristic triad of nystagmus, torticollis, and head bobbing seen in spasmus nutans.
